This intense kimchi-style relish is made with fresh scallions; a variation on our seasonal "ramped-up" version. Shredded carrots and daikon radishes marry their favorite flavors: fresh ginger, garlic, and gochugaru Korean pepper flakes. A little bit goes a long way and the flavor is out of this world!
